Scope of work

What a plasterer does at AOP

You carry out interior plastering of walls and ceilings, in both new builds and renovations.

  • Preparing surfaces and fitting corner beads
  • Applying and finishing gypsum plaster (machine and hand application)
  • Ceiling work, renovation and repair of existing plaster
  • Cement rendering of wet rooms
  • Leaving the site clean and safe

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

Experienced plasterers – and also people with completed vocational training and strong motivation to learn.

  • Experience as a plasterer, or a completed training with strong motivation
  • An eye for detail – clean, flat work is our signature
  • Able to work independently, but a team player
  • Driving licence B is a plus
  • Dutch or English to communicate on site (Dutch is not required to apply)

How much does a plasterer earn in Belgium?

Pay or rate depends on your experience and the type of arrangement – we agree it during the introductory conversation. Employees also receive meal vouchers and a travel allowance.

Where will I work?

Mainly in West and East Flanders. The company is based in Ostend, on the Belgian coast.

Do I need experience and a CV?

A category B licence is a plus, but not mandatory.
